What brands do you carry?
We carry a variety of hand-picked designer and luxury brands. Our subscription catalogue lists the specific brands you should expect to receive for each product category.

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Please allow 2-7 business days for the shipment to arrive.

Do you charge shipping and returns?
No. Shipping including a return label to ship back your item at the end of the month is included. You don't have to worry about hidden fees.

Can I choose a specific item from your collection?
Yes, after you subscribe, you can contact us if you wish to receive a specific item from our collections page. You will also be able to pick a style preference when you signup and leave the selection up to us. Our staff will do the rest to make sure you get the product you love.

How do I inform you of my next month's selection?
Contact us once you ship back your item with your product selection for the next month. If we don't hear from you, we will send you an item based on your style preference. 

Can I exchange the handbag or sunglasses before 1 month for a different pair? 
The typical exchange period is 1 month. However, if the glasses or handbag style is not working out for you that month, you may contact customer support and they will work on an early exchange for you.

What if I don't like the styles your'e sending me?
Customers can update their style preferences anytime, you're welcome to email us with feedback if you feel the styles don't suit you. You can also choose any item from our collection.

Can I keep my items for more than 30 days?
Yes, you may keep the item as long as you want. Whenever you're ready to exchange, ship it back.

What if I damage or lose the product?
Our exceptional customer service team will follow up with you as soon as they can to see what the issue is. If the product is damaged and cannot be fixed or lost, customer will pay 80% of the retail price.

What if I like the product and would like to purchase it?
Customer will pay 80% of the retail price.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. We'd hate to see customers go, but you may cancel anytime after you've shipped back all your items.

Do you ship outside Canada?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

When can I ship back my current item to receive a new one?
We will send you a new item as soon as we receive your last one back, and your next month's payments posts.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, we ensure all products are authenticated before they are shipped to customers. We keep track of the item information and document when we receive back from customers to ensure authenticity is maintained. 

We pride ourselves on ensuring we only circulate authentic merchandise. 
Are all your products brand new?
Our products have been used but are in excellent condition, we inspect each item thoroughly. You may at times receive brand new products as we are always updating our inventory.
Why do you require a deposit?
The merchandise we send our customers is authentic. To ensure merchandise is returned when or if subscription is cancelled we require a deposit in addition to the monthly recurring payments.
